I have been working for the company as a marketing manager since August 2020. I am responsible for the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy for the audience of freight carriers. I try to make our partners’ work comfortable with our products and services. I am also running the establishment of external and internal communication with users of the Monopoly.Online platform.

I want to note that during hiring I was primarly attracted by the interesting developing industry - Monopoly.Online is located at the intersection of logistics and IT. In addition, I drew attention to the reliability of the company, as well as the possibility of career and personal growth. I like the fact that I can influence the result, the development of the product, as well as user satisfaction with the product.

Unlike many companies, we have a very flexible approval system, ideas are accepted and implemented quickly. By the way, it's great that we can discuss ideas with any of the top managers – the communication in the company is open and easy.

In 2016 I came to the MONOPOLY Group of Companies as a night freight coordinator, and now I am a senior logistician. I have a very wide range of responsibilities.

Firstly, as a logistician, I lead the vehicles assigned to me and I am responsible for their operational readiness and execution of their orders.

Secondly, I lead one of the logistic groups and coordinate its work. My responsibilities also include organizing smooth operation of the logistics department at night and on weekends.

Thirdly, I interact with the Platon system on behalf of the logistics department.

Generally speaking, I have a very interesting and diverse work responsibilities. I am glad that I have the opportunity to perform various tasks that drive me.

In 2013, I came to work at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies. Now I am a senior instructor. My main responsibilities are training drivers in cost-effective driving and preparing them for participation in the MONOPOLY.Business project, which allows truck drivers to become entrepreneurs without initial investment.

I care about safe driving and general work knowledge of the employees, skills of cost-effective driving and equipment operation. After all, we at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies are responsible not only for employees, but also for the fulfillment of all obligations to customers. Effective and well-structured driver training reduces accidents and cargo heaps.

I want to comment that the company has a spirit of partnership, which helps to work even more productively. I really appreciate the comfortable work process and the attention to each employee.

In 2018 I joined the company as an accountant. It was my first job in a new field, but the company was ready to train me, which helped me to take a higher position in the future. After working for a year and having proving myself to be a good specialist, I was promoted to a leading accountant.

I am responsible for the smooth implementation of document flow with our carriers. The simpler the structure of the work process, the more partners the company can attract, and this directly affects the financial efficiency.

I love that I am part of a team of professionals who grow within the company. It's great to participate in such a large-scale project and help achieve a common goal.

I have been working at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies for three years already. At first I took up the position of a technical support specialist and in the meantime I have grown to a product manager. At the moment I am responsible for the formation of requirements for the service team MONOPOLY.Fuel, the development of the product and the enhancement of its competitiveness in the market. My main task is to improve the service so that customers get more benefits, while the service itself is simple and straightforward to use and stands out favorably against the background of similar products.

I like my job, because here I can constantly grow and improve my skills, as well as communicate without obstacles with top managers to implement initiatives.

The great advantage of the MONOPOLY Group of Companies is that career growth is not limited to one area: each employee can try himself or herself in different positions within the company in order to understand where it is more comfortable for him to work and evolve.

In 2017 I started to work at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies as a coordinator. After 2.5 months, I was transferred to the position of a logistician because of my excellent performance. Now I am participating in the implementation of the MONOPOLY.Business project: I help drivers to become entrepreneurs and owners of commercial vehicle.

I accelerate the expansion of the pool of entrepreneurs and, as a result, an increase in the number of completed orders. I believe that my constantly growing performance is influenced by the team. My colleagues are result-hungry people. Everyone grows and evolves here. And the leaders contribute to this in every possible way.
